Secondary hydroperoxide decomposers for long-term heat and process stability*
Phosphite antioxidants act as peroxide scavengers, rapidly decomposing hydroperoxides into non-radical species and halting the propagation phase of autoxidation. When paired with primary phenolics, they deliver synergistic, cost-effective protection during high-shear extrusion, injection molding, and extended service life.
Our range features non-hydrolyzable, low-volatility phosphites (Irgafos® 168, 126, P-EPQ), high-purity tris(nonylphenyl) phosphite (TNPP) replacements, acid scavengers, and liquid process aids. Supplied in free-flowing powders, dust-free granules, pumpable liquids, and pre-dispersed masterbatches (10–50 % active).
